Before + After: Mind-Blowing Mid-Century Modern Rehab in Orinda

As the saying goes, "a journey of 1,000 miles starts with one step." In the case of this two-year down-to-the-studs renovation, one step would have you stuck in a crack where the original 1953 house was separating from a 1960's addition that was sliding down the hillside.

After two years, my mommy brain tends to forget painful memories (like childbirth, difficult clients, and brutal renovations), so just for fun I'm opening the vault on these "before" pictures as a reminder of just how far this house has come. Hope you enjoy the transformation!
