The customer’s perception is your reality.

A home renovation will make your home more comfortable, more beautiful, and will increase its value with the right improvements. The financial investment is the first thing most clients consider when embarking on this journey, but they frequently overlook the investment of time, energy, and oftentimes, emotions. Every detail in the plan needs to be carefully thought through - one seemingly simple change can affect many other decisions. There are numerous finish choices that require careful consideration and selection. The Home Co. design and project management team eases the burden of this investment through dedicated guidance based on your style, functional needs, and budget.  We provide expert recommendations, but ultimately the owner makes the final decision - it’s your home and we want you to fall in love with it.

When asked about the highs and lows of design and renovation, we like to defer to our wonderful clients who provides a true reflection from the eyes of a homeowner.
