Jennifer Montague Clark
Founder | Real Estate Broker | Chief Creative Officer
The Home Co. is lead by Jennifer Montague Clark. Jen is a third-generation Oakland Native with 15 years of experience selling, designing, renovating and staging real estate. She works with buyers, sellers, investors and homeowners to realize their real estate goals. Armed with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Psychology, a Master's Degree in Marketing Communications, and a California Real Estate Broker's License, Jen has keen negotiation skills, marketing savvy, and extraordinary vision that she puts to work for her clients. Jen is also a dedicated mom of three little boys ages five, eight and ten! Her oldest son has developmental disabilities and she is committed to supporting organizations that enhance the lives of people with disabilities. She has lived in many of Oakland's neighborhoods and currently resides in Lafayette with her husband Steve Clark, with whom she often collaborates as the Founder/General Contractor of RFC Renovations & Design.
Shayne has spent the last 13 years working in the home design industry. She began her career in retail as a visual merchandiser for companies like Pottery Barn and Cost Plus World Market. She then moved into the world of Interior Design when she founded her own interior design firm which was recognized on Houzz.com as "Best of Houzz" four years running. Shayne joined The Home Co. in 2015 as a Designer and has completed multiple exceptional projects during that time. She is currently acting as Lead Designer for our buyer and homeowner clients. Shayne is a native to the Bay Area and lives with her two children in Lafayette, California.
Glennie Kramer Baker
Real Estate Associate
While Glennie has a passion and “eye” for home staging, design and interior decorating, her heart and soul belongs to her real estate clients. She brings a client-focused approach to real estate and personalizes the experience for each of her clients, focusing on finding each client the right fit for their lifestyle. Glennie has a Master’s Degree in Organization/Industrial Psychology and a long history of customer service in her previous employment experiences. She is a skilled listener, negotiator, and problem solver. Glennie lives with her husband and twin daughters in Oakland.
Operations & Project Manager | Real Estate Broker Associate
Maya is a real estate professional with more than 10 years industry experience. Prior to joining The Home Co., she’s held positions as a bidder and field service manager for a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), in marketing and operations for an Oakland Developer and as Realtor/Broker in the DC metropolitan area and the SF Bay Area. Maya graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Contra Costa Association of Realtors, American Red Cross and Rotary Club of Pinole.
Kim is a native of Oakland with a background in logistics. She plays an integral role in staging our listings for sale using our proprietary inventory and then destaging them upon the successful sale!
